Package Your Items

Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
